  Pricing Factors (scaling Up)

  1. Size Guide:

  • A5 - A4 (small): Starting at $160 (perfect for single faces or single pets)

  • A3 (medium): Starting at $280 (a lot more detail or two subjects)

  • Custom Sizes: Starting at $400 - Available upon request, for large scale portraits on traditional Archival paper or large-scale reclaimed surfaces.

  2. Choice of Medium:

  • Charcoal & Ink: Base rate

  • Watercolour: Adds + $40to base price (reflects material costs and time)

  • Oil Paint: Adds + $90 to base price (reflects premium oils, structural layering, retouch varnish and extended drying times)

  3. The Surface:

  • Traditional archival paper: included in base rate.

  • Standard canvas: Adds + $30 to base price (reflects cost of canvas)

  • floating canvas: Adds + $50 to base price (reflects cost of framed canvas)

  • Salvaged & reclaimed Materials: Adds +$30 to $80 (varies depending on the size, prep work, and weight of the specific timber, shed wood or metal scrap chosen)

  4. Complexity & Extras

  • Additional Subjects: Add +$80 per extra person or pet in the same drawing

  • Detailed Backgrounds: Add + $50 to $120 (Eg. specific indoor rooms, complex outdoor landscapes, or detailed patterns)
