HOW TO ORDER

1. SEND ME YOUR VISION

The photo: email a clear, high resolution, high quality, photograph of your person or pet.

The details: with the photo, tell me everything you want, size, medium (charcoal, oil, or watercolour), with your preferred choice of surface, and any other specific requirements, or questions you might have.

Get a quote; I will review your details and send you a custom price quote based on the complexity of your request. Your quote will include postage and transit insurance

2. CONFIRM & FIRST DRAFT

Securing Your Commission: after you have approved the quote, and paid 50%deposit, work can begin.

First draft:  I will create an initial sketch and send via email to get feedback, and make any changes if the need be.

Approval:  once approved, I will begin working on the final portrait. Please allow three to four weeks for completion.

3. HANDCRAFTED TO COMPLETION

The art process: I work on the textures and fine details to get a true likeness, with the medium and surface of your choice,

Final Check: you will receive a high-resolution photo of the finished portrait for approval.

Delivery: Once the remaining balance is paid, your portrait is packed safely. (please be advised that portraits in oil paints will need sufficient drying time before they can travel safely) this information will be explained in an email if you decide on oils.
