About me
Who I am
I hold a Bachelor of Visual Arts and have developed my portrait practice through years of self-directed study and experimentation.
Working from my home studio in Adelaide, South Australia, I create expressive, photo-realistic portraits in charcoal, oil and watercolour.
My work balances the raw, visible marks of each medium with quiet, refined detail, creating portraits that feel both immediate and timeless.
Whether my subjects are people, a beloved pet, a personal hero, or a wild animal, my aim is to capture more than a likeness. I want each portrait to hold something of their character, heart, soul, presence and story.
I acknowledge the Kaurna people as the traditional Custodians of the Adelaide region. I recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community, and pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging
From my customers
"bringing your memories to life is an honour and a privilege; to see and hear the joy they bring you is the ultimate gift."
